and Shipping Policy
Our
"No Risk Guarantee"
Your new spa comes with the manufacturer's warranty which
gives you full protection for 6 months from the date of delivery
on both parts and labor. What that means to you is that if
for any reason your spa stops working during this period,
repairs will be made at no charge to you. In addition, the
manufacturer warrants various spa components for 1, 5, and
10 years.
We
are happy to cancel your order prior to shipping. Once a spa
has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
We
cannot allow cancellations once your order has shipped. If
you do not accept delivery of your spa you will be responsible
for all shipping, restocking and handling charges incurred
on your behalf.
Like many other
deep discount retailers, No refunds will be offered once you
accept delivery of your spa.
Shipping
policy:
Spas are shipped
on trucks with trailers as large as 53'. Delivery locations
must be tractor trailer accessible. Curbside delivery was
paid for at the time you placed your order. In most markets,
white glove service, which includes spa placement in the location
of your choice, is available for a nominal fee. This service
can be added at the time your order is placed.
When your spa arrives,
please completely unwrap your spa and carefully inspect it
for damages that might have occurred during shipping. Most
often your spa will arrive safely without any damages. If
you are satisfied with the condition of your spa when it arrives,
simply sign the freight company's delivery receipt and begin
enjoying your new spa. If you receive a spa that has been
damaged during shipping, please call us prior to accepting
delivery for further instructions. Typically, the damages
are of cosmetic nature and can be repaired.
Shipping insurance
is priced so it is an affordable option. Shipping Insurance
will cover the cost of damages that occurred during shipping
that were not visible at the time of delivery. We encourage
you to make a small investment to protect your purchase
Cancellation
Policy:
Any Cancellations after
48 hours will be subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee.
Our freight is prepaid $500 each way with our freight carriers.
Cancellations are also subject to freight charges of $1000.00.
In the event of a defect
covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, notify the
manufacturer directly. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from
further damage. The manufacturer will take measures in accordance will their
warranty. If the manufacturer determines that your current spa must be
replaced, the original spa will be picked up at the same time that the new
spa is delivered to you. Whirl-pool Spas is not liable for any warranty issues.
Please remember to check the spa thoroughly when it is delivered. If you choose
to accept the spa with damages (i.e.: scratches on cabinet or acrylic) you must
note these on your bill of lading. If damages are not noted, neither Whirl-pool
Spas, the manufacturer, nor the shipping company will be held liable or
responsible for damages to the spa.
